For laying and bonding light concrete blocks - PLOCK ADHESIVE

Used in interior and exterior environment.

USED

  • For laying and bonding AEROC, SIPOREX and other similar blocks of light concrete

PREPARATIONS

  • Pour necessary amount of powder into mixer
  • Add water 20-22% of the mix weight (5-5.5 litres per 25 kg)
  • Stir mechanically or manually until completely wet
  • Prepared mix is usable for 4 hours

APPLYING

  • The best way to apply the adhesive to blocks is to use special mix spreading equipment
  • Block adhesive can successfully be applied also with a toothed trowel or steel float

RESTRICTIONS

  • Adding water to the mix that has started hardening in the mixer does not restore initial qualities of the mix
  • In case of contact with eyes or mucous membrane wash with plenty of clean water

STORING

  • Bagged mix is to be stored in dry conditions
  • Storage time of mix powder in dry conditions is one year

CONSUMPTION

Depends on the width of blocks and the layer thickness
